A Study on Revelation Chapter 14: Part 3 – The fall of Babylon 

In Rev 14:8 we read about the fall of Babylon.

Rev 14:8 And another angel followed, saying, "Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has caused all nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication."

The expression of "to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication" means that Babylon will be held responsible for the wrath that mankind will received from God during the final tribulation period as punishment for committing spiritual fornication, which is the worship of idols and false gods (such as Star gods, Ascended Masters, Lucifer or Satan, etc). Babylon will be held responsible for leading people away from the one true God, and will be judged and destroyed for doing so.  Spiritual fornication, or spiritual adultery, was the same reason why God divorced Israel around 587 BC.

Jeremiah 3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery, I put her away and gave her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Jeremiah 1:16 I will utter my judgments against them concerning all their wickedness because they have forsaken me, burned incense to other gods, and worshiped the works of their own hands.

Who or what does Babylon represent? There are many who teach that Babylon represents America, others teach it is New York city, others the Vatican, but I will show that Babylon the Great represents a demonic one-world religious and political system that will come into full power towards the end of the final tribulation period. Revelation chapter 17 describes Babylon as a religious system.

Rev 17:3-5 And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. On her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Being a woman and being arrayed in purple and scarlet signifies that Babylon represents a religious system. Notice in the following passage that the red beast upon which she rides will ascend out of the bottomless pit, which is hell, and all those who are not true believers of Christ will admire the beast that carries her.

Rev 17:7-8 And the angel said to me, "Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns. The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
     
Babylon is also drunk with the blood of the saints and the martyrs of Jesus because she is responsible for their death.
     
Rev 17:6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.
 
Because the woman is carried by the beast, she will assist in the execution of all those who do not worship the image of the beast.
 
Rev 13:15-17 He [the Antichrist] was granted power to give a [god-like] spirit to the [god-like] image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell unless he has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
 
Babylon the Great will not only be a religious system, but will also be a political and commercial system that will enforce regulations to prohibit all who do not receive the mark of the beast from buying or selling. Babylon will be controlled by several kings that will come in and out of power, and she will reign over the kings of the Earth, and have dominion over peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Rev 17:9-18 The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition. And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but will receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he isLord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to be in agreement, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.  And the woman who you saw is that great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth.

The beast that carries the Babylon was, and is not, but will come into power after it ascends out of the bottomless pit, and then it will go into perdition. In chapter 18 we see that when Babylon falls, she will become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird (demonic spirits); thus Babylon will become utterly demonically possessed and God will command His people to "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues." The political and commercial aspect of Babylon's system is described here with the statement: "The merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury."
     
Rev 18:1-5 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury. And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.

On Judgment Day, after Christ is victorious at the Battle of Armageddon, God will judge and destroy Babylon.

Rev 16:13-19 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.

Babylon the Great will not only be a one-world religious and political system, but she will be demonically empowered by the beast from hell that carries her. Babylon will have great influence and power, and will rule over all the nations of the world. She will sit on seven mountains, which represent political kingdoms, and will have several kings that will rise and fall from power within her, ultimately ending up with 10 demonic kings that will come into full power at the end, and will fight against Jesus and his army at the Battle of Armageddon. Mystery Babylon was birthed into existence in the city of Babylon when Nimrod ruled on the Earth thousands of years ago, and she has not only maintained her existence since then, but has been steadily gaining membership and power for thousands of years. Babylon the Great will continue to rise to full power during the final tribulation, but will meet her ultimate demise on Judgment Day. Those that teach that Babylon is America, or the city of New York, or the Vatican are completely missing the mark and are failing to consider all the important facts as stated in Revelation chapters 16, 17, and 18. 

A Study on Revelation Chapter 14: Part 2 – The Tribulation Saints

After Christ Raptures the Firstfruit saints and they are seen singing a new song before the throne of God, an angel is seen flying in the midst of heaven preaching the everlasting gospel to those still dwelling upon the earth, commanding them to fear and worship God because the hour of His judgment has come. 
  
Rev 14:6-7 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

This passage that shows Raptured saints in heaven before the throne of God while the everlasting gospel is still going to be preached to all those still dwelling on the Earth is irrefutable proof that God plans to save a great multitude of people left behind after the Rapture. These tribulation saints that Christ was not able to Rapture, will now have to endure the "hour of trial" that is about to begin. Rev 3:10-12 is a message being directed towards the bride of Christ who will not have to endure the final "hour of testing" as they will be those that have entered into the "ark".

Rev 3:10-12 Because you have kept the word of my endurance, I also will keep you fromthe hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold fast that which you have, that no man take your crown. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God; and I will write on him my new name.

This "hour of trial" is not a literal hour; the Bible uses the expression of "an hour" to represent a period of time, as seen in John 4:23.

John 4:23 But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him.
  
It will be during this final tribulation period when Christ will test everyone living in the world as to whether they will choose him as their Lord and Savior and refuse the mark of the beast, or whether they will succumb to Satan and accept his mark. God will, however, use the Raptured saints to assist in propagating the gospel of Salvation to those left behind and help them turn to God and resist the mark of the beast.

Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come .

Isaiah 60:1-5 is another passage directed towards the bride of Christ.
 
Isaiah 60:1-5 Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; Your sons shall come from afar, And your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.

Tribulation saints will now begin a period of testing and refining, as God will use the Holy Spirit to open their eyes of understanding and purify them, and will begin separating them from the unsaved, as someone would purity silver by removing its impurities, which is called dross.
 
Proverbs 25:4-5 Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer. Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.
 
Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.
 
Isaiah 1:22-25 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water. Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves; every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them. Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies; And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin.
 
Zechariah 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
 
James 4:8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
 
God will test the heart of every person left behind.
 
Proverbs 17:3 The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold; but the LORD tests the hearts.
 
God will use this final tribulation period to separate the wheat from the chaff, and will gather the wheat into His barn, and burn away the chaff.
 
Matthew 3:12 [Speaking of Christ] whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

 
When this final tribulation period begins after the removal of the bride of Christ, God will throw down Babylon the Great, which is a powerful kingdom that Satan has been establishing throughout the world for thousands of years along with the wicked, and God will now begin to pour out His wrath upon them.
 
Rev 14:8-10 And another angel followed, saying, "Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication." Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb."

A Study on Revelation Chapter 14: Part 1 - The Bride of Christ

Revelation chapter 14 begins by describing the bride of Christ as follows.

Rev 14:1-5 And I looked and beheld a Lamb standing on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the Firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

These 144,000 souls are the bride of Christ who were Raptured at Christ’s return and they follow him wherever he goes. The number 144,000 does not literally represent 144,000 people, just as the 10 virgins in the parable of the ten virgins do not literally represent only 10 people. The number 144,000, which 12 x 12, or 12 squared, times 10 x 10 x 10, or 10 cubed, is a parabolic representation of a divinely balanced and complete unit who, in this case, will also possess divine governmental authority. They are the Firstfruits of the harvest of Christians that Christ is going to save and grant eternal life.

Many Bible teachers mistakenly teach that all Christians will become the bride of Christ, but that is not what the Bible teaches. First of all, the bride of Christ is only composed of the souls Raptured in the Firstfruits harvest, which is only a fraction of the main harvest of souls that Christ is going to save (my study on the Firstfruits harvest has also been published to this blog spot.)

In John 3:29, Jesus talks about the “bride of the bridegroom”, and the “friend of the bridegroom.”

John 3:29 He that has the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which is standing and hearing him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: thus my joy therefore is fulfilled.

Both the bride of the bridegroom, (the bridegroom representing Christ), and the friend of the bridegroom are true believing Christians, however there is a difference. If all the saved Christians of the world are going to become the bride of Christ, then you would need to come up with a logical explanation as to the identity of the friend of the bridegroom. The Bible proves that when Christ returns, he will first Rapture only his bride, which will be all those who have maintained a true and intimate relationship with him. The bride will also include all Elect babies and children because they never lost their first love with Christ and the Father. This "first love" relationship is mentioned in Rev chapter 2.

Rev 2:2-5 I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars; and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for my name's sake and have not become weary. Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your candlestick from its place; unless you repent.

The friend of the bridegroom represents all those who had either a weak or non-existent relationship with Christ. A weak relationship with Christ is described in Revelation chapter 3 as those Christ will "spew out of his mouth".

Rev 3:14-18 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God; I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot: I wish that you were cold or hot; but because you are lukewarm, and are neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth. Because you say, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked; I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness is not revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

These lukewarm Christians have been blessed with material abundance and are enjoying all the comforts of life. Because they have become enamored with their lifestyles, they feel they have need of nothing. This mindset, however, creates a trap for them because it stifles any inclination to enhance their personal relationship with Christ. When Christ returns to remove his bride, he will vomit these Christians out of his mouth, as they will prove to appear wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked before him.
 
Rev 14:1-5 gives us clues as to what sets the bride apart from the friend of the bridegroom.
 
Clue #1 Raptured saints will have the Father's name written in their foreheads. They belong to God the Father, who has given them to the Son [John 17:5].
Clue #2 Raptured saints are singing a new song before the throne that no man could learn but the
bride of Christ who was redeemed from the earth.
Clue #3 Raptured saints are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. They are virgins because their faith in Christ is pure. All satanic lies and doctrines have been replaced in their hearts by the living truth of the gospel of Christ and the kingdom of heaven.
Clue #4 Raptured saints are they which follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They are one with the Father and the Son; their thoughts, likes, dislikes, motives, and goals are one with the Son, and they are complete in him.
Clue #5 Raptured saints were redeemed from among men, being the Firstfruits unto God and to the
Lamb.
Clue #6 In the mouth of Raptured saints is found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God. They never willingly try to deceive others into following any other gospel, but the saving gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
 
By antithetically looking at these 6 statements in order to describe the friend of the bridegroom, the statements would translate as follows.

Antithetical statement #1
The Father's name was not written on their foreheads on the day of the Rapture.
Antithetical statement #2
Tribulation saints were not redeemed from the Earth at the time of the Rapture, and therefore are not seen singing a new song before the throne of God.
Antithetical statement #3
Tribulation saints were not virgins because they had defiled themselves with women (women representing false gospels or doctrines).
Antithetical statement #4
Tribulation saints were not following the Lamb wherever he went at the time of the Rapture.
Antithetical statement #5
Ttribulation saints were not redeemed from among men at the time of the Rapture because they were not Firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Antithetical statement #6
Guile, or deceit, was found in the mouths of the tribulation saints at the time of the Rapture (because they were following false doctrines), and therefore they stand flawed before the throne of God on the day that Christ returns.

As you read Revelation chapters 2 and 3, you will see why many Christians will be excluded as members of the bride of Christ. Those left behind, however, will comprise the main harvest of Christians that Christ is going to save during the great tribulation period. Zechariah 13:8 teaches that two thirds of mankind will be cut off; this means that if Christ saves one third of the world's population, it equals to more than 2 billion souls.


Zechariah 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

God will also use the bride to help propagate the gospel of Salvation and thus aiding Christ to save the main harvest of souls left on the Earth.

Isaiah 60:1-5 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side. Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

Rev 14:6-7 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Firstfruits Rapture: Part 9

This is the final Part of this series wherein I would like to tie loose ends and emphasize important points. 

The first point I want to emphasize is that Christ taught us that our daily lives will be going on pretty much in a “business as usual” manner all the way until sudden destruction begins. This also means that up until that day comes, people will continue to scoff at those who are warning that Judgment Day is coming.

2 Peter 3:3-4 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, "Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

1 Thessalonians 5:1-9 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, “Peace and safety”; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep, sleep in the night; and they that be drunken, are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.

There is an Elect group of believers that are not appointed to wrath. Because this passage specifically deals with the the sudden destruction that is to begin when Christ returns on the day of the Lord, we can say that those who are not appointed to wrath must therefore be the Firstfruits saints that will be Raptured on that day. Jesus teaches that his return will be as it was in the days of Noah and Lot; that life will be continuing normally until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and Lot went out of Sodom, after which the wrath of God was poured out.

Luke 17:27-30 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage,until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

So shall it be as it was in the days of Noah and Lot; as people were building towards their future; as they were planting their crops, and building their buildings, and proclaiming peace and safety; it was all interrupted on the day when God took Noah and Lot out of harm's way: “until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came”, and,“the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven”.
       
Many Christians are watching for the signing of a peace treaty in the Middle East because of how they interpret Daniel 9:27.

Daniel 9:26-27 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Millions of Christians that are monitoring the advent of this peace treaty agreement are dangerously allowing themselves to be completely distracted from preparing themselves and their families for the Lord's imminent return. The covenant that will be established by "the prince that shall come" of Daniel 9 is a spiritual covenant that will be established between Satan and his followers. If God had meant for us to understand it as the physical signing of a piece of paper, He would have done so as was done when king Ahasuerus singed the decree in Esther chapters 3 and 4. The correct interpretation of the expression "confirm the covenant" is "to prevail or strengthen an alliance, or allegiance". The word "confirm" was translated from the Hebrew verb "Gabar" [H1396], and the word "covenant" was translated from the Hebrew noun "Beriyth" [H1285]. The word Beriyth is the same word that was used for the covenant that Jehovah made with Abraham; the word Beriyth does not represent a piece of paper that must be physically signed in a treaty. The covenant of the "prince that shall come" of Daniel 9 is a spiritual allegiance that Satan will fortify and successfully prevail in with his followers, the tares of the world; his children. This is why we have seen a proliferation of movies and TV shows depicting vampires, warewolves, witches, zombies, Artificial Intelligence, robots, aliens, UFOs, and transhumanism. This is why many public figures in politics, and the film and music industries, are coming out of their closets and openly displaying satanic hand gestures and graphic symbols endorsing their worship of Satan. This is all part of this "covenant of the prince that shall come" that has already been ratified and strengthened openly right before our eyes, and in which Satan has been successfully prevailing in for years. The thing is that because it has been creeping into our society gradually for many years, we almost tend to think it is "normal". Satan has been successfully seducing the masses, which mean billions of people, for many years with "flattery". This was also prophesied 3 times in Daniel 11, where it tells us that this will be done "peaceably". The word translated as "flattery" means "slipperiness, fine promises".

Daniel 11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honor of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries [H2519].

Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries [H2514]: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

Daniel 11:34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries [H2519].

I believe this was the same type of subtle, slippery, "flattery", or seduction, that Satan used to beguile Eve; it was a "fine promise" that if she listened to and obeyed Satan, her reward was to become "as God, knowing good and evil".

Now getting back to the subject of the Raptured saints, they are described in the Old Testament as those that will be "hidden" in the day of the Lord's wrath.

Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee; hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation passes through.
   
Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Psalm 83:3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thyhidden ones.

Job 14:13 O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me.

Elect babies and children will be Raptured because they retain a pure and special relationship with the Lord, and their hearts have not been given over to the love and cares of this world.    

Matthew 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Mark 10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Matthew 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

All those who are found "asleep" when the Lord comes, will not be Raptured.

Isaiah 29:9 Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink. For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.     

In my opinion, most Christians in the world are asleep, and their lives are consumed with the love and cares of this world. Most pastors and Christian leaders, as well, are not warning people that Judgment Day is soon approaching. This is because people don't want to hear it; this is too offensive; and so they go to church to be entertained with music and sweet words of peace and safety. I have noticed that when I try to tell people that Judgment Day is coming, they don't want to talk about it, they prefer to remain in denial of it, and they probably think there is something wrong with me; and so it seems there is only a small percentage of people that do want to remain awake, and who are eagerly watching for the Lord's return. The greatest danger for those who are consumed with the love and cares of this world is that they will be left behind, as Lot's wife was. She had not been appointed to wrath because she had been taken out of harm's way along with Lot and their daughters, but God judged her, and she perished.

Luke 17:30-36 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop,and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and theother left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. And they answered and said unto him, “Where, Lord?” And he said unto them, “Wheresoever the body is, there will the eagles be gathered together.”

Jesus has taught us from his own lips what we should expect on the day of his return. That life will be continuing normally until sudden destruction begins, as the birth pangs that come upon a woman that is ready to deliver a child. He tell us in Luke 21 that there will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars. The sudden destruction that mankind will see on that day will be shocking, and devastating; people will be completely perplexed because they will not know what is causing these affects upon the planet, and people will be fainting, and also dying of heart attacks, as their hearts fail them. This will be the day of the Lord, when Christ will come with all his saints in the clouds. Christ will then Rapture, or "hide", the Firstfruit saints, who will become as "eagles gathered together wheresoever the body is". 

Luke 21:25-28 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

This will be the day when Babylon falls, and the world will become the habitation of all the demons that will ascend out of the bottomless pit.

Revelation 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

This will be the day when billions of people who have enjoyed watching movies and TV shows of ghouls, and walking dead, zombies, aliens, and vampires, will see these beings litterally come to life before their very eyes.  This will be the day when Satan's army of locusts will ascend out of the bottomless pit to torture the unsaved, who will also become demonically possessed.

Revelation 9:2-6 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they shouldnot kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

Even throughout all the pain and suffering the unsaved will endure during those days, they will continue to blashpheme and curse the name of God, and they will not repent, and will not give glory to God.

Revelation 16:9-11 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

Firstfruits Rapture: Part 8

  

In this study, I will discuss several Greek words the New Testament uses to describe events related to the return of Christ.

The Greek noun “Parousia” [G3952], translated as "coming", as in the "coming of the Lord", is a noun and therefore refers to the Lord's coming as an "event".

Mathew 24:27 For as the lightning flashes out of the east, and shines even unto the west; so also shall the coming [G3952] of the Son of man be.

The Parousia is a supernatural event that will initiate at the speed of light as the Lord Jesus makes his “appearance", which is also a noun, or event, translated from the Greek noun “Epiphaneia” [G2015].

2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing [G2015].

“Epiphaneia” [G2015] can also be translated as "manifestation".

2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall the lawless one be unveiled, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the manifestation [G2015] of his coming [G3952].

As discussed in Part 3, when Christ returns at the Parousia, the Lord will appear and manifest himself, but so will also the son of perdition be "unveiled", which will be according to God's will.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-10 [Even the lawless one], whose coming [G3952] is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and false miracles, and with all seduction of unrighteousness among them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Because the workings of the son of perdition are "after" the working of Satan, the son of perdition cannot be Satan, and I believe that he will actually be a Nephilim, an actual son of Satan, born by a human mother.

Another interesting fact regarding the manifestation of Satan on the Earth is that it is also described as lightening, as the Parousia was also described as occurring like the flash of lightning.

Luke 10:17-18 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

The Bible also uses the Greek verb "Apokalupto" [G601], translated as "revealed", to describe the "appearance", or "manifestation", of both Christ and the son of perdition.

Luke 17:30-32 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed [G601]. In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back; Remember Lot's wife.

Mark 13:14-16 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take anything out of his house; and let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come the departure first, and that man of sin be revealed [G601], the son of perdition.

Interestingly, the Greek noun “Apokalupsis" [G602] is used to describe both the manifestation of the Raptured saints, as well as manifestation, (or revelation), of the Lord Jesus.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation [G602] of the sons of God.

1Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing [G602] of Jesus Christ:

1Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation [G602] of Jesus Christ.

1Peter 4:13 But rejoice, in as much as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, [G602] ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
  
The Greek word used to convey the Rapture of the saints is the verb “Harpazo” [G726].

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain, shall be caught up [G726]together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

This passage of 1 Thessalonians 4 has misled most Christians to believe that Raptured saints will be taken away in the clouds into some heavenly place far away from planet Earth, but this is a complete misconception. Jesus teaches in Luke 17 and Matthew 24 that when the saints are Raptured, they will be as "eagles gathered together around the body"; and these bodies can only be human bodies.

Luke 17:34-37 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them,Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

In Matthew 24:28, instead of using the word “body”, the word “carcase” was used.

Matthew 24:27-28 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

I believe that God has closely guarded these passages to keep their understanding secret until the last days because few Christians have been able to really understand it until recently. But as God is revealing more and more secrets to the true believers in the last days, we are now able to understand previously kept secrets.

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

There are millions "new agers" who are eagerly awaiting a coming "Ascension" into the fifth dimension. You can Google it, or look it up in You Tube, and see what they are teaching; because ascending into a higher dimension is exactly what the Rapture is; it is the translation of our Earthly bodies into hyper-dimensional, glorified bodies, that will be immortal.

John 5:28-29 Marvel not at this, for the hour is coming when all who are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil unto the resurrection of condemnation.

Because the events that will occur at the Lord's returns in the Parousia are far beyond our current understanding of physics, it is really impossible for us to imagine what it will really be like.

Firstfruits Rapture: Part 7

 

In this study, I will analyze the parable of the ten virgins and show that the wise virgins represent the tribulation saints: those that are left behind after the man child of Rev 12 is caught up to the throne of God in the Firstfruits Rapture. In verse 1, we see that the kingdom of heaven is likened unto ten virgins who take their lamps, going forth to meet the bridegroom.

Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

The ten virgins represent all those anticipating the arrival of their Messiah, (the bridegroom). Almost every religion in the world has a type of "Messiah" who they anticipate will one day return for them. The lamp each virgin holds represents the gospel which they follow, and which guides them in their daily walk as they anticipate the return of their Messiah. The Bible teaches that the word of God, (the Bible), is a lamp which lights the path of a true believer, and it is the light from the gospel of salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ that guides the true believer in their daily walk.

Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, “If a man love me, he will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”

It is by hearing and understanding of the words of the true gospel of salvation by which a person attains a genuine saving relationship with the bridegroom. In this parable, however, five virgins are wise and five are foolish.

Matthew 25:2-4 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

The vessel represents a person's physical being, and the oil represents the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor?

1 Thessalonians 4:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor.

Psalm 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Psalm 89:20 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him.

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise.

While the bridegroom had delayed in his return, all ten virgins fell asleep, but at midnight the arrival of the bridegroom is announced.

Matthew 25:5-6 While the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, "Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him."

The wise virgins that have fallen asleep in this parable absolutely cannot represent the man child of Rev 12 that is caught up in the Firstfruits Rapture. Jesus repeatedly warns about watching for his return, and to not fall asleep.

Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

1 Thessalonians 5:2-7 For you yourselves know perfectly, that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, "Peace and safety"; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as the birth pangs that come upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep, do sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.

Matthew 24:42-43 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this; that if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Mark 13:34-36 For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cock crowing, or in the morning. Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

Revelation 3:3 Remember therefore how thou have received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

There is no denying how much the Lord has stressed the importance of staying vigilent, and watching for his return; therefore the virgins that fall asleep cannot be representative of the Firstfruits man child, but rather do represent the tribulation saints, which are the remnant of the woman's seed of Rev 12; and they will wake up and become saved during the final tribulation period. The announcement of the Lord's return at midnight is the day when the Lord will come as a thief in the night. Those that have not fallen asleep, (which will include all Elect babies and children), and those that are watching and ready, will be Raptured and kept from this time of testing.

Matthew 24:39-42 So shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of trial, which shall come upon all the world, to test them that dwell upon the earth.

Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Luke 12:34-37 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching.

While the bridegroom had been delayed in his return, the virgins felt no need to become ready, and they all fell asleep. They did not realize the great darkness that was soon approaching them at midnight. But now the sleeping virgins will be awaken by the sound of a trumpet when the Lord's return is announced. This will be the Apocalypse (Revelation) of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is midnight; it is a day of great darkness; great spiritual darkness; it is the day when Satan and his legion of devils will manifest themselves; and the wise virgins will need wake up, and trim their lamps, and apply God's holy oil to the gospel of their salvation, and prove themselves.

Matthew 25:7-9 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, “Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them thatsell, and buy for yourselves”.

A person can hear the words of the true gospel of salvation every day, but unless they have been given the ears to hear, and God has anointed them with the Holy Spirit, it impossible for anyone to have the discernment to apply the word of God towards salvation. We see the wise virgins do possess this holy oil, which is the same oil God had anointed David with, and it will be by the anointing of this holy oil that the wise virgins will possess the ability to discern and apply the word of God and establish a saving relationship with the Lord Jesus. The foolish virgins do not possess this holy oil, which can only come from God Himself, and so when they ask the wise virgins for oil, the wise virgins will intuitively know that this oil can only come from God, and will intuitively know not to give what is holy unto the dogs and not to cast their pearls before swine.

Matthew 7:6-8 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

This period of tribulation is also known as "the time of Jacob's trouble".
Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it! It is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

Micah 5 also explains how the Lord will give Israel up until the woman that travails in her birth pangs delivers up her child and the remnant of the child's brethren will return. This period of time is also known as the last week of Daniel's 70 weeks.

Micah 5:3-4 Therefore will he [the Lord] give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

While the Lord will save the wise virgins, the foolish virgins represent the tares, "the children of the devil".

Matthew 13:38-39 The good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil.

The foolish virgins are the tares who will receive the mark of the beast; it is God's will that they go to those that buy and sell (those that pedal a false gospel) to look for oil for their lamps; thus they will not be able to win victory of the mark of the beast, which is the number of the name of the son of perdition.

Revelation 13:16-17 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Revelation 15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

On the Last Day, which will be Judgment Day, it will also be the day of the marriage supper of the great God. The wise virgins who applied God's holy oil to their lamps, and held fast to the true gospel of salvation, and stood in their lot, will go into the wedding, and then the door of Salvation will shut.

Matthew 25:10-13 And while they wentto buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Revelation 19:16-21 And he has on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Firstfruits Rapture: Part 6

 

In this study, I will discuss 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 and how it relates to the Firstfruits Rapture.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

This translation shown above was taken from the King James Bible, (published in 1611), but if you look at many other Bible translations of this passage, you will see a different, (and more correctly made) translation. The translators of the King James Bible translated the Greek noun Apostasia [G646] into the English words “fallen away”, and this has influenced most modern Bible teachers to teach that there will be a great falling away of believers in Christianity in the last days, however, this is not what this passage is teaching. First of all, the Greek noun Apostasia actually means “the departure”, and this is how many Bible translators in past history have translated it. The Greek noun "Apostasia" actually means "departure", and has the opposite meaning of the noun "presence", or, "standing in the presence of". Another fact that makes the translation "a falling away" incorrect is that the definite particle translated as the word "a" in front of the words "falling away", should be the word "the"; therefore the correction translation for the Greek words "he apostasia" should be "the departure". The word "Apostasia" is derived from the Greek noun Apostasion [G647] which means “a declaration of divorce (or separation)”. When we look at how Jehovah God ended his relationship with ancient Israel, we see that He first divorced her, as declared in Jeremiah 3.

Jeremiah 3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

After Jehovah divorced Israel, He used the ruthless Babylonian armies to devastate the 12 tribes of Israel, ending in their captivity in 587 B.C. By considering this historical principle, we can know that God uses a bill of divorce to separate Himself from a backslidden church, and this is the same principle that we see in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4. Before Jesus will allow the man of sin to be revealed, the son of perdition, who will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God, Jesus will divorce Himself from the New Testament church and take out His Firstfruits harvest; thus, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 can be more accurately translated as follows.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come except the aforementioned departure of the church occur first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

Just as God divorced Himself from the Old Testament church age and they experienced a regime change when they went into captivity by the Babylonians, and were ruled over by the king of Babylon, Jesus will also divorce Himself from the New Testament church age, and they will experience a regime change as they will go into captivity by the New World Order, that will be ruled over by the son of perdition.

The main difference between the early rain and the latter rain is, that during the latter rain, God will bring a great number of people into His kingdom, and as the Bible declares in Joel 2 and Acts 2, God will pour out His spirit upon all flesh in the last days, and a great many people will become saved.

Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Acts 2:17-21 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
